By using HAWK Reports ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. HAWK Reports is operated by Click Makers LLC.
What HAWK Reports does
HAWK Reports is a free diagnostic service that runs an AI Visibility report (and other report packs, depending on which landing page you arrived from) for the brand you submit. It tests how AI search engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews) and other public sources reference your brand, then synthesizes the findings into a written report. The report is informational and does not modify any property or account belonging to you.
Eligibility
You may request a HAWK Report only for a brand you are authorized to represent. To enforce this, we require the email address you provide to be on the same domain as the brand domain you submit; reports requested with a free email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) are not accepted.
Not professional advice
The report is automated analysis, not professional advertising, marketing, legal, or strategic advice. The findings and recommendations are based on the data we collected at a single point in time and on general best practices. They may not reflect your specific business context, strategy, or goals. You should not make significant changes to your marketing, communications, or operations based solely on this report without consulting a qualified professional.
AI-generated content
Substantial portions of the report (including the executive summary and narrative sections) are generated by AI models, primarily Anthropic Claude. While we design the prompts to produce accurate, factual output, AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. The underlying numbers and citations the analysis is built on are deterministic; the surrounding interpretation is not.
AI engine variability
AI search engines change their answers regularly, sometimes from one query to the next. The visibility scores in your report reflect what we observed during the run; they are not guarantees of how the same engines will respond tomorrow.
No guarantees
HAWK Reports is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of the findings. We are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the report, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use HAWK Reports to (a) request reports for brands you do not represent, (b) circumvent our rate limits or domain-match enforcement, (c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service or the systems it depends on, or (e) use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual property
The data you submit (brand name, domain) and the public-source citations referenced in your report belong to their respective owners. The report format, scoring methodology, prompts, and synthesis tooling belong to Click Makers LLC. You may share the report you receive with anyone, including publishing it; you may not resell the Service or pass it off as your own.

Service availability
HAWK Reports is a free service and may be unavailable, rate-limited, or modified at any time without notice. We may decline to run a report for any reason, including capacity, abuse signals, or eligibility concerns. We may discontinue the Service entirely.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of HAWK Reports after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the Service will be brought in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
